This is my third year working as a school counselor and I love being part of the Turner Dragon community!  Previously, I worked as a mentor, tutor, middle school paraprofessional in PSD, and the director of a primary school in Tanzania.  My B.A. degree is in History from the University of Michigan and my M.A. degree is in Counseling & Career Development – with a school counseling specialization – from Colorado State University.  I’m originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and now live in Fort Collins with my husband.  In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, listening to live music, and being active/outside – running, hiking, swimming, skiing, camping, and doing yoga.

Hello Turner Dragons! My name is Keefer Lanham, and you can just call me Keefer. I’ve worked with students at both middle and high school levels. Previously, I worked at Summitstone Health Partners as a group therapist for teens and adolescents. I’ve also worked construction and other jobs in England, a server in restaurants and resorts, as a trainer in gyms, and sales/service training in the corporate world. I’ve lived all over, but I grew up in Tucson -  which is why I love Colorado! I received my Bachelors degree from Northern Arizona University in English and my Masters degree from University of Colorado Denver in Counseling. I love hiking and fishing, and about a thousand other hobbies, and I fidget like a 5 yr. old who guzzles coffee and energy drinks competitively. I look forward to working with you!

Hey there Dragons! My name is Sarah Nguyen (you say it "win," like "win a prize") and I am the Social-Emotional Learning Specialist here at Turner. I am originally from the Chicago area and have lived on both the West Coast and the East Coast, so in 2021 I decided to move to Colorado! I have Bachelor and Masters degrees in education, from the University of Iowa and San Francisco State University. I've also done many years of advanced professional training around how to help students with things like self-awareness, self-management, and responsible decision-making. I've been a teacher for more than two decades, and I love working with students more and more every year! When I'm not at school I like to cook, swim, read, and play with my fluffy puppy, Max.
